Q: Are your bikes and gear safe for kids?
A: Absolutely. We carefully select products that meet safety standards and are designed for beginner riders. We always recommend protective gear (helmet, pads, gloves) and adult supervision while riding.
Q: Do the bikes come assembled?
A: Most bikes and scooters arrive about 80–90% assembled. You may need to attach parts like the handlebars, wheels, or seat. Don’t worry—clear instructions and/or tutorial videos are provided to make setup simple.
Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
